Working With Clients
Here are some helpful tips to consider when working with clients:
- Be transparent with your client: provide frequent updates, ask questions, and establish realistic deadlines (aside from the Deliverables + Milestones)
- Set up a bi-weekly check in time with your client contact
- Reach out to your MP Advisor if your client is unresponsive
- Be able to identify if a client wants to expand the scope of the project. Consult with your team and advisor about what is a reasonable amount of work and maintain full transparency with your client.
