Katline Barrows

Katline is a second-year Master of Environmental Management student studying fisheries management and policy. She attended the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA for her B.S. in Natural Science – Biology and Environmental Policy. Katline has worked as a restoration ecology intern for Joint Base Lewis-McChord Fish and Wildlife and a research intern with NOAA’s Marine Mammal Laboratory in addition to being a fisheries policy consultant. 
 
Katline is currently working on her Master’s Project focused on understanding the varying uses of the terms ‘local’ and ‘sustainable’  within Community Supported Fishery Programs in the United States.
