Ainsley earned a Master’s in Coastal Environmental Management from Duke University. As a Master’s student, She took both ‘Theory and Methods for Policy Analysis of the Commons’ and ‘Community Based Conservation in the Gulf of California.’ She acted as research assistant and lab manager for Professor Basurto, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth operation of the lab.
