Draft Submissions

The MP should be 8,500-11,500-word long policy memo or research paper. Students should indicate the word count on the cover page (see template).

Drafts should be submitted to your advisor with Jackson Ewing (Jackson.ewing@duke.edu) and Sihui Zhou (sihui.zhou@dukekunshan.edu.cn) copied on the email.

13 March 2026– First MP draft due

3 April 2026 – Second MP draft due

Please follow the following formatting examples when saving your documents.

• For individuals, save as: LastName_FirstName_First Draft_Date
• For Groups, save as: LastName_First Name_LastName_FirstName_First Draft_Date
• File Formats: Microsoft Word Document (DOCX/DOC)
