Final MP Report
Final Master’s Projects are due Friday April 25. Final MP Documents should be submitted directly to your advisor via email with Jackson Ewing (Jackson.ewing@duke.edu) and Marcia Crippen (Marcia.crippen@duke.edu) copied on the email. Upon submission of your MP to your advisor, also complete the electronic MP Submission Form.
- The MP Submission Form only needs to be submitted once per project (not per person)
Upon submission of the form, your MP advisor will receive the MP Advisor Approval Form automatically via email. MP Advisors must submit the MP Advisor Approval Form to record the official approval of the MP.
DukeSpace
If your advisor approves your MP for submission to DukeSpace Library Archive, you will receive a separate email with instructions for uploading it to DukeSpace.
- Students approved for DukeSpace will need to run their final MP draft through iThenticate, make edits as needed, and review results with your MP advisor.
- The threshold of errors is 11% or lower. iThenticate instructions are outlined in the MEM MP Handbook.
- Final MPs are due to Advisors April 25, but submission to DukeSpace with advisor approval (and iThenticate), can be submitted through May 2
MP Submission Form
The MP Submission Form will generate an email to your MP Advisor for their approval of your MP. Advisors must give approval of the MP prior to the MP being submitted to Duke Space by April 25.
