Chalk Talks

Integrated Toxicology and Environmental Health graduate students hold monthly informal gatherings to discuss ongoing research.  These discussions provide opportunities for students to freely critique one another’s research and serve to build a sense of community among ITEHP students and their trainee colleagues in the Duke University Superfund Research Center (DUSRC) — indeed, many of our ITEHP students are also DUSRC trainees!  These informal gatherings are generally for students only; however, some faculty may also present on their work throughout the course of the school year.

For more information about Chalk Talks, please contact 2nd year students Beverly deSouza (beverly.desouza@duke.edu), Ilaria Merutka (ilaria.merutka@duke.edu), Samantha Murphy (sam170@duke.edu), or Shaunacee Howell (shaunacee.howell@duke.edu).
