FORMAT & TIMING

Time: 1:30 – 3:05 PM
Format/Structure: Short presentations + Q&A. During this time, the Nicholas School will host multiple concurrent presentations, and students will choose which short presentations to attend. Presenters will deliver a brief presentation to a small group of interested students, allowing time for questions and answers (Q&A). Then, presenters will repeat the presentation with a new group of interested students (please see the format breakdown below).
- Part A: 1:30 – 1:55 PM. Format: 15 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A (end by 1:55 PM).
- Transition Time: 10 minutes (so that students can move between rooms)

- Part B: 2:05 – 2:30 PM. Format: 15 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A (end by 2:30 PM).
- Transition Time: 10 minutes (so that students can move between rooms)

- Part C: 2:40 – 3:05 PM. Format: 15 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A (end by 3:05 PM).
