Datasets

The following datasets are from research funded through grant number P42ES010356. Note that the majority of Duke Superfund datasets are located in the Duke Superfund Collection at Duke University Libraries Digital Research Data Repository. Additional datasets and code are listed below:

Data:

  • Illumina methylEPIC arrays on Peruvian individuals with high (>10 ppm) or low (<1 ppm) total hair mercury, a proxy for methylmercury exposure
  • Legacy of Coal Combustion: Widespread Contamination of Lake Sediments and Implications for Chronic Risks to Aquatic Ecosystems
  • Role of coal ash morphology and composition in delivery and transport of trace metals in the aquatic environment
  • Condensate electrochemical potential of cell

Software/Code:

  • Chemical and Non-Chemical Stressors in a Postpartum Cohort through Wristband and Self Report Data
