Dr. Kate Hoffman — Duke University Superfund Center’s Community Advisory Board Meeting presentation

Dr. Kate Hoffman, Assistant Research Professor at the Nicholas School of the Environment, spoke at the Duke University Superfund Center Community Advisory Board’s annual meeting on July 17, 2020.

Her talk, “Children’s exposure to chemical’s in the home environment”, focused on Dr. Hoffman’s past and ongoing research on various indoor exposures that children may experience during pregnancy or in childhood. This includes study of home environments such as house dust, as well as levels of exposure in blood and other biomarkers.
