Rory received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs with a double minor in Security and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of New Hampshire. As a freshman, she received a research grant to study coping mechanisms and cyclical conflict in Middle Eastern conflict under the mentorship of Jeannie Sowers. Her research can be seen in the University of New Hampshire Inquiry Journal where she is both a writer and student editor. She is interested in international development and strategies for humanitarian aid provision as well as how these relate to broader national security.
