Publication: Update to microplate nutrient methods paper

Earlier the Johnson Lab published a suite of methods for measuring the concentrations of major nutrients in freshwater and seawater using a microplate reader (J. Environ. Monit., 2011, 13, 370-376). We have recently updated that protocol and have posted a complete list of reagents and their concentrations used on the Journal of Environmental Monitoring website.  The updated techniques offer an alternative to standard nutrient analyses and because they are based on the standard 96-well format, they significantly decrease the cost and time of processing while maintaining high precision and sensitivity.
