The Western Pacific Warm Pool (WP2) – NSF-funded project to understand the genetic and physiological diversity of Prochlorococcus, the most abundant marine photosynthetic organism, in the Western Pacific Ocean. This project involved both laboratory and field components and included US and international collaborators.
