Worksheet

On-Campus: MEMs and MFs

Your signed program worksheet or course planning sheet is also due no later than FridayJanuary 25 to Student Services. This is NOT a soft deadline, and failure to meet this deadline will prevent you from graduating this spring.

Students can drop off a hard copy at A101, LSRC or submit an electronic copy to nsoe-registrar@duke.edu. >> Your worksheet must be signed by your coursework advisor. If necessary, the program director can sign in your advisor’s absence.

Prior to meeting with your academic course work advisor, review your academic/course in history in the DukeHub to make sure that you have taken sufficient number of courses to total at least 48 credits and that you will be able to fulfill your program requirements. 72 credits are required for students pursuing the MEM and MF concurrent focus.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have met graduation requirements.

Special Note: Remember, any course below 200 does NOT count towards your degree and you may count no more than two courses between 200 and 499 as general electives. The MP seminar (ENVIRON 898) counts as only ONE credit towards your degree, and you must earn a minimum of 4-MP credits (ENVIRON 899). The Communications courses (ENVIRON 896 and 897) counts as only ONE credit towards your degree; note, the communications course was previously numbered ENVIRON 800 for those matriculating fall 2016 or earlier.
