Gaelin Rosenwaks MEM’04 knew the world had many capable scientists working hard to answer the big environmental questions. What they needed, she saw, was help communicating what they are doing to a broad audience. So Gaelin founded Global Ocean Exploration, a company that brings research science into homes and classrooms through film, photography and writing.
Gaelin is growing her connection to the Nicholas School by exhibiting her multimedia work in the school’s Environmental Art Gallery. There are many ways for alumni volunteers to engage with today’s students, including being a guest speaker, providing career advice, talking with prospective students, or hosting a master’s project.
