Donnelly Externship Award"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Project 5 trainee Paige Varner (Gunsch lab) was one of eleven winners of the NIEHS Superfund Research Program&#8217;s K.C. Donnelly Externship Award. Paige will work with Dr. Joshua Michener (Staff Scientist at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tenneessee). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She will study how and which bacteria are most effective at transferring plasmids to other bacteria to encourage PAH degradation.
