NC Coastal Federation warning about health risks of consuming fish caught in the Cape Fear River
On Wilmington television station WWAY, community partner and NC Coastal Federation board member Veronica Carter was interviewed about the issue of people eating fish out of the Cape Fear River. Ms. Carter also promoted the upcoming Go Fish! Fest community event scheduled for March 27. The station also promoted the event on its website earlier in the month, and also published a short story about the event.
