2025 Class Ambassadors Launch Campaign to Give Back to NSOE

Diandre’ Richie MEM’26 is an environmental management professional specializing in coastal resilience, marine ecosystems, and fisheries management, with expertise in GIS, data analysis, and acoustic monitoring; leveraging experience from DOE, NOAA, and academic research to develop data-driven, stakeholder-informed strategies Diandre’s want to work in government after graduating in 2026.


Andrew Dominguez MEM’25 has expertise in environmental and natural resource economics, marine GIS, fisheries economics and policy, particularly in small-scale fisheries in the Philippines and in West Africa. His interests and desired employment after graduation are to work on tropical small-scale fisheries, or generally in international or Global South ocean/coastal/marine economics and policy. His goal is to help vulnerable communities in the Philippines and elsewhere in the Global South sustainably develop, protect their natural resources, and adapt to climate change.


Rachel Weaver MEM’25 specializes in international conservation policy and aspires to work at an international organization after graduation.


Anli Raymond MEM’26 hopes to contribute to helping low-income households improve their energy efficiency, while addressing economic constraints and promoting the efficient, sustainable and equitable of natural resources.


Kristine Lister MEM’25 is a second-year Master of Environmental student at Duke (’25), focusing on conservation finance and policy. She researches financial sustainability for Marine Protected Areas, serves as Treasurer for Duke RESTORE, and has experience in conservation finance, alumni engagement, and machine learning-based research at the World Resources Institute.


Cecilia Su MEM’25 has expertise in energy systems, sustainability, and technology commercialization, with strong analytical and research skills; she is passionate about using data-driven analysis to advance clean energy policy, decarbonization strategies, and ESG initiatives, particularly in renewable energy section, but also transportation, urban planning, and the built environment.


Caroline Cameron MEM’25 is a Master of Environmental Management student at Duke University with expertise and interest in terrestrial and freshwater environments, community engagement, environmental education, and climate change, seeking a career in environmental research, wildlife conservation, or environmental C5DCDCeducation.


Peyton Fitts MEM’26 is specializing in business and sustainability, with a passion for corporate sustainability strategy and ESG; after graduation, she aims to work in sustainability consulting or corporate sustainability.


Samantha Pace MEM/MCRP’25 has a background in design and sustainability building materials and is a dual master’s student in Environmental Management and UNC Chapel Hill’s City and Regional Planning. She is interested in pursuing climate adaptation and resilience planning after graduation.


Katie Maxwell MEM’25 has a background in non-profit communications and community engagement focused on environmental advocacy. She is interested in making the transition to clean energy equitable for marginalized communities and hopes to work at an organization on that topic following graduation.

Cherie stepped up to increase the impact of the class gift organized by the Nicholas School’s 2025 Class Ambassadors! She has committed to donate $2,025 in honor of the class of 2025 if they reach a giving percentage of 50 percent.

Cherie currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs – Sustainability for Delta Air Lines. In this role, she is responsible for leading Delta’s international, federal, state and local climate policy coordination and disclosures, ensuring alignment between the company’s climate goals and its climate lobbying activities.
