Simple Energy is a fast-growing startup whose founders were recently featured in Inc. Magazine’s 30 under 30. Simple Energy works with and incorporates insights from game-changing thought leaders such as New York Times Bestselling author and Duke Professor Dan Ariely. Simple Energy provides behavioral energy efficiency, demand response and smart grid solutions for utilities around the world.
This fall, Simple Energy is seeking 1-2 research analysts to help with their regulatory research initiative, including the following:
- State regulatory roadmap
- Energy efficiency, demand response and smart grid programs by state
- Strategic analysis on market opportunities by state
Qualifications:
- Graduate student in energy field
- High proficiency in Office suite, Google Apps and online research
- 1-2 years work experience preferred
- Utility or energy industry experience preferred
- Self-directed, self-motivated and passionate about changing the world
Hours: 5-10 per week
Pay: $15/hr on contract
