Sustainability

Sustainability research at the Nicholas School is interdisciplinary in nature and encompasses a broad range of fields, including biodiversity, carbon footprint, community food systems, conservation, clean energy, climate change, ecoagriculture, ecodiversity, food supply and security, grasslands, grazing systems, green buildings, green economics, human ecology, organic foods, restoration ecology, soils, sustainable forestry and sustainable tourism.
