Shuqun Yang, ITEHP Graduate Student in Pharmacology and Cancer Biology, will be giving a talk this upcoming Friday, October 11th. The topic is “Cell Cycle Regulated Phosphorylation of the Telomere-associated Protein TIN2”.

Jack Fowle, Ph.D., Science to Inform, EPA (retired), will be joining us this Friday, September 27th as a guest speaker for the ITEHP Fall Seminar Series. He will be presenting: “Integrating Tox 21 Tools to Help Determine Pathways of Toxicity Informing Regulatory Decisions”. 

Lunch begins at Noon, with the talk lasting until 1:30PM in LSRC A247. Hope to see you there!

The ITEHP Seminar Series will be hosting John Wise, Ph.D., from University of Southern Maine on Friday, October 25th at Noon. He will be lecturing on “Mechanisms of Chromium Carcinogenesis: Insights from Human and Whale Cells”.

Lunch will be provided, but we are asking attendees to please register for this event so we can get a head count. To register, please fill out the following form. This lecture will be held in the Searle Center Lecture Hall. Here are driving and walking directions to Duke’s Searle Center, which is located within the Seeley G. Mudd building on the Duke West Campus.
