If you’ve been looking for a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge as an environmental professional, then here’s your chance! The DEL Executive Education program is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Center for Documentary Studies (CDS) at Duke: our participants now have the opportunity to apply credit from Documentary Studies Continuing Education classes towards our Certificate in Environmental Communications. CDS offers a wide range of hands-on courses to help adults achieve their goals, whether it be completing a first project or refining an ongoing project. All courses are designed to help students explore concepts in documentary arts and apply them to their own work.

The goals of the CDS Continuing Education program are clearly compatible with our Certificate in Environmental Communications, which equips working environmental professionals with the tools you need to implement a successful environmental campaign. Considering the huge value of video as a communication tool, we look forward to letting our students expand their skillset in environmental communications through CDS. A list of the applicable courses is now available on our website. If you have any questions about these new course opportunities, or about the Certificate in Environmental Communications, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at del@nicholas.duke.edu.
