All Nicholas School professional students, including DEL-MEM students, have access to the writing consultants in the Duke Writing Studio. The Writing Studio also offers e-tutoring – be sure to let the Studio know that you are a DEL-MEM student who is earning your degree primarily through distance learning technologies. To sign up for writing appointments, use the online sign-in procedure on the Writing Studio Web site. Please let the Office of Professional Studies or Maria Parker know if you have difficulty getting an appointment.

Students who require more sustained editing help than can be provided by the consultations arranged by the Nicholas School will need to pay an editor themselves. Dr. Ann Motten and Dr. Wayne Mayer are available for such work.
