Professional Development Funds
The Nicholas School is pleased to be able to provide limited financial support to help our MEM, MF, and DEL-MEM students pursue professional development such as conference attendance and other enrichment activities.
To be eligible for funding, you are required to participate in a professional resume review by CPDC and fill out the Application Form completely. You may apply for funding before completing the resume requirements; however, you must complete these requirements before any funds can be reimbursed.
Requests are evaluated on a first come, first served basis. Submission of a funding application does not guarantee funding, and funding is typically exhausted before the end of the academic year. Each student is eligible to apply for up to $300 in reimbursable funding to attend or present at one conference each fiscal year. The full Conference Funding Policy is available here. Each student may be funded for one non-conference enrichment experience over the course of their graduate program. The full Student Enrichment Fund Policy is available here.
Again, you can access the Application Formhere.
It takes 4-6 weeks to process the paperwork and generate a check. Once the check is ready, it will be mailed to your mailing address in OneHub.
