Bursar’s Accounts, Financial Aid

How Do I Pay My Tuition Bill? How Do I Find Out When a Tuition Bill is Due? Who Do I Talk To Regarding Tuition Bills?
All of these questions can be answered by logging into ACES and go to Finances. Bills are sent electronically and you can pay your bill online via ACES. Click on Finances from the Student Center homepage. The DEL Office does not manage student bursar accounts. Contact the Bursar’s Office at: 919-684-3531, bursar@duke.edu

I Have Questions About My Financial Aid, Who Can I Talk To?
For financial aid questions please contact the DEL Financial Aid Administrator, Joe Scarfo, at 919-613-8073 or scarf002@duke.edu.  You can also check your financial aid status on ACES. Select the Financial Aid tab for details about your financial aid.
You must renew your financial aid each year. You can do this online.  If you did it last year it won’t take you more than 10 minutes to renew.   Please make sure that you use the school code 002920-05 when submitting your financial aid.  This is the code for the Nicholas School.

Where Can I Park When I’m On Campus?

The DEL Program arranges student transportation to and from campus each day (from a designated group hotel).  Parking on campus is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle.  We cannot arrange parking spaces and we will not be responsible for any parking tickets you may receive while parking on campus.  For short-term parking, there are metered spaces throughout campus, and a parking garage next to the Bryan University Center on Science Drive. Parking permits cannot be provided to students by the DEL Office for those who choose to drive their personal cars to campus. For further information or assistance, please contact Duke Parking and Transportation Offices at 919-684-PARK (7275).
