Come join AEI for our first brown bag lunch of the Spring semester! We will feature a very special guest, Mr. Bako Ambianda.
Bako Ambianda is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Labacorp Group, a diversified holding company with strategic investments and operating subsidiaries in key economic sectors spanning manufacturing, construction, renewable energy, technology, exhibition, agribusiness, real estate, and hospitality industries. His specialties are strategic economic development, international trade & promotion, foreign direct investment & deal facilitation, sustainable development, inclusive globalization, and cross-cultural team building. In 2012, he developed a game plan and “blueprint” for tapping into Africa’s opportunities in key sectors, facilitating international solar, biomass, hydro, and hotel construction projects in 16 African countries, with clients from China, India, US, Turkey, France, and Germany. He completed his studies in civil engineering and holds advanced professional certificates in international development, strategic project management and economic diplomacy. He is a global citizen born and raised in Cameroon, Central Africa.
